Marlene Meinelt is a licensed independent clinical social worker, licensed in Massachusetts and New York. She graduated from Smith College School of Social Work in August 2000 and has worked in various settings including community mental health, medical and psychiatric hospitals, and has worked in primary care/internal medicine practices as a behavioral health clinician.
She started her private practice part-time in March 2012, and since September 2020 has devoted her time and energy to her private practice.
Professional Activities and Memberships: National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).
Marlene completed the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 Training in December 2021 and completed Level 2 Training in the spring of 2022. She completed the IFIO Basic Training in the fall of 2024 and continues to participate in advanced topic trainings.
